Refund & Return Policy

At Auralis, your satisfaction is our priority.

Physical Products (Tuning Forks & Sound Healing Tools)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at andreshurtadocapa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Digital Products (PDF Guides)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales on PDF guides are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
